"Sorry to tell that there wont be a Clown Festival in Svendborg this year 2013. The city council have decided not to sponsor the festival after so many years. Hope they change their minds to next year."

Looking for your festival list. Found it once, but now I cannot locate. I have trouble with computers.

- A great site and an interesting collection of masks. I especially like the half masks a la Commedia dell'arte.
I have just written an article on masks to be published in June Themescene Magazine for the British Thematic Society. I start with the Shaman and look at this "loss of self" in the wearing of masks.

The article I have written illustrated with stamps will be in the June issue of Themescene which is a members only magazine for the British Thematic Association. However, I am the distribution manager for the magazine and if you let me have your email address and address off this site to me at john.dudley@telepuppets.com I will see what I can do. The article obviously revolves around stamps. My collection has now gone International and will be competing at the European championship in Essen, Germany in May, and also at Vienna in September for the World Championships. It has already won the gold medal at Stampa in Dublin last October.
